Position Summary

The Clerical Support Specialist provides administrative and customer support in a fast-paced office environment. This position assists customers, vendors, employees, and technicians while coordinating service calls, maintaining accurate records, supporting billing and clerical functions, and ensuring daily office operations run efficiently.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and internet-based systems
Strong written and verbal English skills with excellent organization
Professional telephone manner and ability to work effectively in a high-traffic office
Good math and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, adapt to changing responsibilities, and work flexible hours as needed
Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
