Senior Human Resources Generalist

Ready to take the next step toward HR leadership? We are partnering with a growing, people-first South Jersey based organization that's looking to add a Senior HR Generalist to its corporate HR team. This is much more than a traditional HR Generalist position. You'll work directly alongside senior HR leadership while owning key areas including recruiting, employee relations, employee engagement, HR operations, and process improvement. The company is looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on today but has the potential to grow into a larger leadership role over time. What You'll Be Doing Lead full-cycle recruiting from opening requisitions through onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to improve recruiting strategies and candidate experience. Build strong relationships with employees and managers across the organization. Handle employee relations matters, investigations, coaching, and performance discussions. Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events. Utilize HRIS systems and reporting to identify trends and support business decisions. Assist with performance management, talent development, and organizational initiatives. Recommend process improvements that enhance the employee experience. Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters. We're Looking For Someone Who Has 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. Strong full-cycle recruiting experience. Employee relations experience with hourly and/or operations-focused workforces. Experience partnering directly with managers and leadership. HRIS experience (UKG is a plus, but not required). Experience creating reports, analyzing HR data, and improving HR processes. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Bachelor's degree preferred. SHRM or PHR certification is a plus.
