Employment Specialist

Episcopal Community Services

Episcopal Community Services (ECS) seeks an Employment Specialist to deliver onsite employment services to participants across ECS programs. The role focuses on assessing barriers, developing employment plans, and guiding clients toward living wage opportunities through job readiness training and direct placement. Candidates should have lived or professional experience in workforce development, strong empathy for unhoused populations, and solid computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google #J-18808-Ljbffr
