Accounts Payable Specialist

The primary responsibility for this role will focus on invoice and expense processing for our continuously expanding organization. The ideal candidate must have the ability to interact with co-workers at all levels in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient. Your Role, Your Impact Three-way-matching of all Trade invoices for assigned vendors prior to payment Processing invoices for Non-Trade expenses Review Payment Request list for all vendors, verifying accuracy and support Reconcile AP with Vendor Statement by researching unpaid/short paid invoices to ensure timely resolution of vendor and AP records Communicate in a professional manner with external vendors regarding payment invoice status and other payment matters Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications An Associate's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred At least one year of basic accounting or accounts payable experience is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new software applications Strong analytical and research skills, particularly for account reconciliation Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with vendors and colleagues Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to consistently meet month-end deadlines Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment Flexibility to work additional hours as needed Demonstrated integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality Pay Range $25.38 - $35.43 The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
