Owning the organic social media strategy for multiple brands, the full-time Senior Social Media Manager will develop and execute content plans, create engaging posts, and analyze performance metrics, all while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a comprehensive organic social media strategy for each brand, ensuring alignment with audience needs and business goals Create, publish, and manage social media content across various platforms, adapting formats to suit each channel while maintaining brand voice Analyze performance metrics and report on key performance indicators, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in social media strategy and content creation, preferably in B2B tech Proven ability to manage a social media program independently, including setting agendas and defining content strategies Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt between brand and executive voices Hands-on experience with short-form video and design tools such as Canva and CapCut Comfortable with analytics and capable of discussing performance metrics candidly
