We’re seeking a skilled and experienced estate planning/probate legal assistant or paralegal to support our growing legal team in our Marco Island office. The ideal candidate for this position will use their work experience and organizational skills to support attorneys in all aspects of trusts and estates, probate and trust administration, while ensuring seamless client service.

$40,000 - $50,000 yearly

• Prepare and draft trust and estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives.
• File probate and guardianship petitions with the local courts, and manage post-death asset inventories and distributions.
• Organize and maintain client files, track deadlines for estate filings, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as billing, calendaring, and document management using practice management software.

• Preferred minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience specifically in trust and estates or probate law, ideally in a Florida-based firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal document management systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
