Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluative interviews with clients to accurately identify their mental health concerns, crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide individual therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on client progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and regularly review their progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance efficacy and outcomes.

• Offer flexible teletherapy options, catering to clients opting for virtual sessions due to preference or accessibility needs, ensuring accessibility for diverse populations.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of treatment progress, client interactions, and assessments, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards required in mental health practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required to ensure professional understanding of mental health principles.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology) is essential to practice.
