Human Resources Director CapstoneONE Search | Grand Haven, MI (On-site) We are representing a privately held, mid-cap manufacturing organization ($700MM+ in revenue) actively seeking a Human Resources Director to lead HR strategy and execution across three manufacturing plants. This role will oversee a team of 6 direct reports, including HR Managers, and Business Partners, and serve as a key strategic partner to plant and executive leadership. Position Overview Leads and directs the HR function across three manufacturing facilities, ensuring consistent policies, practices, and compliance Manages a team of 6 direct reports, HR generalists, and/or HR business partners Partners with plant and senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives Leads employee relations, performance management, and organizational development initiatives across all sites Drives compensation, benefits, and HR policy strategy in partnership with executive leadership Leads change management, workforce planning, and succession planning efforts across the organizationEnsures compliance with employment law and regulatory requirements across all locations Builds a strong HR team and develops talent within the function Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree a plus 8+ years of progressive HR experience within a manufacturing environment, including multi-site leadership Proven experience managing and developing a team of HR professionals Experience supporting a privately held or mid-cap organization preferred Strong strategic, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills #J-18808-Ljbffr CapstoneONE Search
