Human Resources Manager

We are representing a very prominent manufacturing organization that is actively seeking a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager serves as a strategic partner to leaders and employees across the facility, supporting initiatives that drive business objectives while fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role focuses on employee relations, talent development, HR compliance, performance management, and workforce engagement. Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership to execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals Promote positive employee relations and employee engagement initiatives Coach leaders and employees on performance management, development planning, and employee counseling Support HR compliance efforts and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations Conduct and assist with employee investigations, conflict resolution, and related employee relations matters Coordinate talent reviews, development plans, and performance improvement plans with management Complete HR administrative activities and maintain accurate documentation as needed Meet regularly with employees during their first 90 days to gather feedback and support successful onboarding and assimilation Evaluate the effectiveness of orientation and onboarding programs through new hire follow-up Track and coordinate employee concerns, questions, and support requests across departments to ensure timely resolution Compile and analyze HR metrics related to onboarding and employee engagement, providing reports and recommendations to site leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution Minimum of three years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar role supporting employee relations, performance management, and other core HR functions Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
