Associate Director, Health Systems Executive (Northeast Region)

QIAGEN seeks an Associate Director to manage strategic relationships with major Integrated Delivery Networks and hospital systems in the Northeast region. This senior executive role focuses on driving instrument and reagent revenue growth, expanding enterprise partnerships, and maximizing the company's portfolio value across complex healthcare systems.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute enterprise account strategy across assigned Integrated Delivery Networks
- Build and maintain relationships with C-Suite, lab leadership, and procurement teams
- Drive portfolio growth through strategic partnerships, contracts, and workflow optimization
- Forecast instrument, reagent, and service revenue monthly for each assigned account
- Lead cross-functional teams to present business reviews and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent; graduate degree preferred
- 7+ years selling diagnostic capital equipment and reagents in large health systems
- Knowledge of molecular biology applications, diagnostics market, and QIAGEN products
- Experience navigating complex enterprise sales processes and value analysis committees
- Proven ability developing account-based strategies aligning capital and reagent growth
- Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and CRM forecasting skills
- Willingness to travel 80%+ of time; valid driver's license required
Compensation: $130,000-$165,000 base salary, plus commission and benefits
