This internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to the day-to-day work that keeps a company running-from hiring and onboarding to compliance and employee support. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we’d love to have you on the team! Expected start date: September 2026 What You’ll Be Doing Help organize and maintain employee records Support our hiring process by reviewing application reviews and participating in interviews Assist with onboarding by creating welcome packets and documentation Collect and verify new hire paperwork Track important compliance documents (including I-9s and related forms) Assist with employee questions and day-to-day HR needs Jump in on additional projects and tasks to gain well-rounded HR experience Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear and professional communication Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Comfort using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Who This Internship Is For Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field Recent graduates continuing into a Master’s program will also be considered Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred HR-related coursework is a plus Why This Internship?
