The ideal candidate combines strong frontend architecture expertise, technical leadership, and hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM solutions. Experience with mobile application development is a plus.Your Role Lead frontend application development using React or Angular. Define and enforce frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices. Deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications through hands-on development and code reviews. Integrate AI/LLM capabilities (OpenAI, Anthropic, GitHub Copilot APIs, etc.) into customer-facing solutions. Champion AI-enabled SDLC practices including code generation, automated testing, and developer productivity tools. Mentor engineering teams, provide technical leadership, and support Agile delivery. Collaborate with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders. Support solution design, pre-sales activities, proposals, and AI-focused proof of concepts. Your Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of frontend development experience with 1+ years in a technical leadership role. Strong hands-on experience with React or Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience building and deploying enterprise-grade web applications. Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies. Experience with REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future. Nice to Have Experience with mobile application development using React Native, Flutter, iOS, or Android. Knowledge of agentic AI workflows, MCP, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration. Experience with AI-assisted development tools and modern DevSecOps practices. Exposure to pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and solution architecture.
