This full-time remote position allows you to provide high-quality mental health support from the comfort of your home, as well as at our outpatient office in Edison, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients and their families.

• Provide couples therapy sessions, facilitating discussions to improve communication and conflict resolution.

• Meet with individuals and families to tackle complex issues such as grief and loss, adjustment-related challenges, and relationship conflicts.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs of each client, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy.

• Document session notes consistently and accurately for compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to maintain high standards of clinical excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse array of clients, including families, couples, and individuals experiencing various relational and individual challenges. Your expertise will help address issues such as alcohol abuse, physical and psychological trauma, sibling conflicts, job stress, communication barriers, and the complexities of blended families. You will also be equipped to support clients undergoing significant life transitions, including separation and divorce.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
