Job Description

We are looking for a high-caliber Marketing Associate based in Baton Rouge, LA. In this role, you will play a key part in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that elevate our brand presence and connect with core audiences. The ideal candidate brings creative strategy, strong analytical thinking, and a drive to execute effective marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns tailored to organizational goals.

  • Conduct targeted market research and analyze performance metrics to optimize prospective messaging.

  • Coordinate cross-functional workflows to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.

  • Draft, refine, and review high-impact collateral, communications, and promotional materials.

  • Monitor industry trends and present actionable insight reports to drive decision-making.
