Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $68,500.00/yr About the Company Our client is a well-established, highly successful company in the Real Estate Investment, Property Management, and Hospitality industry. About the Role This position is responsible for assisting the Accounting Manager with accounts payable, billing and accounts receivable. Searching for a candidate not just to process transactions, but to automate and improve processes and create efficiency. Responsibilities Oversee the processing of 500+ AP invoices per month by third party processor for multiple entities Oversee accounts receivable for multiple entities Reconcile debit card and credit card statements Resolve issues with vendors and reconcile vendor statements monthly Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures Obtain W-9s and process 1099s for vendors when necessary Download, reconcile, and record monthly revenue transactions Assist with the monthly close and other accounting tasks Organization of company electronic filing systems and converting physical records into electronic files Qualifications Familiar with GAAP and basic accounting Additional Required Skills High attention to detail Deadline-oriented Confidentiality Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks Thoroughness Quality focus Objectivity Preferred Skills Proficient working knowledge in Excel Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to effectively and professionally interact within the organization Ability to maintain confidentiality in all situations Equal Opportunity Statement Company adheres to EEOC guidelines prohibiting hiring based on race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender or age.
