Our client is a well-established, highly successful company in the Real Estate Investment, Property Management, and Hospitality industry.
About the Role
This position is responsible for assisting the Accounting Manager with accounts payable, billing and accounts receivable. Searching for a candidate not just to process transactions, but to automate and improve processes and create efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the processing of 500+ AP invoices per month by third party processor for multiple entities
- Oversee accounts receivable for multiple entities
- Reconcile debit card and credit card statements
- Resolve issues with vendors and reconcile vendor statements monthly
- Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures
- Obtain W-9s and process 1099s for vendors when necessary
- Download, reconcile, and record monthly revenue transactions
- Assist with the monthly close and other accounting tasks
- Organization of company electronic filing systems and converting physical records into electronic files
