Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 8 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 48 per week

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification: Required
• AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certification: Required
• At least two years recent experience in the field: Required
• Experience with EPIC and Cerner: Required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards and nursing processes.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide safe and effective patient care.
• Collect and analyze patient health data to determine care issues.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to patient needs and evaluate the progress toward achieving outcomes.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
