About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Enterprise Services to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing sales strategies to complex, major clients, with a focus on cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and managing the entire sales process. This role involves direct management of a client portfolio exceeding $30 million and requires the ability to lead a team, develop and maintain major account relationships, and drive revenue growth. The VP will also be involved in contract negotiations, and must have a strong background in direct outbound sales, with a preference for those with experience in national account management and professional staffing services. Key responsibilities for the VP of Enterprise Services include directing, mentoring, and leading a team of Vertical Directors, as well as integrating relevant product lines to expand business opportunities. The role demands a high level of professionalism, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 11 years' of direct outbound sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and the candidate must be willing to travel, with at least 50% of their time spent on client visits. The VP will be expected to demonstrate a strong drive for results, and a commitment to the company's core values.
