Job Description
Job Title: Kitchen and Retail Assistant
Salary: Dependent on Experience
Summary: Responsible for working closely with the kitchen manager to accomplish daily operations of the kitchen and retail store, maintaining maximum quality with products and customers.
Qualifications:
- Prior work experience preferred, not required
- Safety operations of kitchen and store
- English and Math skills required
- Excellent customer service skills
Core Functions:
- Help with the production of all farm products
- Assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner, whether in person or by phone
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and retail store
- Ability to work well with others as well as independently
- Must be physically able to lift 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand for most of the day
- Food safety a plus
Hours:
- Variable hours based on schedule, full and part time hours available
- Some weekend days and holidays required
