Key Responsibilities\n

• Complete comprehensive intake summaries and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual client assessments, ensuring compliance with state regulations and NCQA standards.

• Maintain meticulous ongoing confidential records of client treatments and progress, contributing to the documentation of therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in departmental on-call rotations to provide essential support and guidance to members as needed.
\n
• Supervise and mentor Post Masters Fellows or Associate clinicians, fostering a supportive learning environment for emerging professionals in the mental health field.

• Offer in-depth support to the families of clients, equipping them with knowledge about treatment processes and strategies to enhance adherence to therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize community resources effectively to address the needs of clients, including referrals to appropriate external services and participation in program development initiatives.

• Participate in collaborative staff conferences to evaluate and enhance treatment programs, ensuring alignment with patient-focused outcomes.

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy through compassionate outpatient psychotherapy, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to the diverse needs of clients.
