Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health concerns through interviews, surveys, and clinical evaluations to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Provide clinical therapy for individuals, families, and groups utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Offer timely crisis intervention and support for clients encountering acute psychological emergencies, ensuring immediate care is provided in a compassionate manner.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive treatment plans for clients.

• Provide educational resources for clients and their families regarding mental health, treatment processes, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
