Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional functioning, ensuring that each evaluation informs the treatment process.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs, goals, and circumstances of each client.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or other relevant practices.

• Monitor clients’ progress meticulously, maintaining open lines of communication and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving needs.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute episodes, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring that documentation is thorough and up-to-date.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other allied health professionals, to provide comprehensive care that meets clients' diverse needs.

• Continuously update knowledge of the latest mental health treatment methodologies, research findings, and best practices.

• Participate actively in supervision and training sessions intended to enhance clinical skills and promote professional growth.
