Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for consistency in your daily routine and client appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to accurately evaluate client needs and formulate individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and goal-oriented.

• Engage in regular case management activities, monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure efficacy.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others, to provide meaningful interventions.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans thoroughly in compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality and quality of care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to remain informed about advancements in mental health care and refine therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. The ability to engage empathetically with clients from various backgrounds and establish trusting therapeutic relationships is essential. You will also collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to promote holistic care and client well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted licensure in California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, demonstrating competence in assessing and treating mental health conditions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, which will aid in efficient documentation and management of client information.

Compensation and Benefits\n
