About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 20 weeks (13 weeks also accepted) Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Medical/Surgical/Telemetry experience. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NIHSS preferred. Must-Have: - One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required. - References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. - Required certifications need to be active and in hand at the time of submission. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in Telemetry for a night shift position. This role requires providing winter coverage. A minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty is required, ideally within one location. Mandatory certifications must be current and cannot be pending. The reference must be from a manager or similar role in the specialty applied for. Please note that no co-worker references will be accepted. Ensure all requirements are met as no exceptions will be made. Candidates must pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation. Background checks will be conducted, and any travel compliance rules must be adhered to. Travelers are subject to nicotine-free requirements, except for nurses and CSTs. All travelers must have a negative 10 panel plus nicotine drug screen within the last 12 months. A six-month break is required before returning for future assignments. Modules completed pre-start and annually will apply, with time documented accordingly.
