Facilities Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Assistant Facilities Coordinator to join our Real Estate & Facilities team. In this role, you will help ensure our office locations remain operational, well-maintained, and compliant by coordinating vendor services, utilities, maintenance activities, and facility-related requests. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with vendors, landlords, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Coordinate facility services, including HVAC, internet, janitorial, and utility-related requests. Schedule and oversee inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, and service appointments. Partner with landlords, property managers, contractors, and vendors to resolve facility issues and maintain service quality. Manage facility requests and tickets, ensuring timely responses and completion within established service levels. Track, document, and communicate project updates, service requests, and next steps. Assist with office supply orders and facility inventory management. Support multiple locations to ensure safe, functional, and efficient workplace environments What We're Looking For Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. Ability to work independently while maintaining responsiveness and accountability. Proficiency with Google Workspace (G Suite). Experience with ticketing systems, project tracking tools, or facility management platforms is a plus. Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Previous experience in Facilities Coordination, Property Management, Workplace Operations, or a related field. Experience managing vendors, contractors, utilities, or maintenance services.
