06267S – We're seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to take on an assignment at a correctional facility Alaska. Start date is ASAP! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide essential care in a setting where your skills can truly make a difference. This assignment offers both professional satisfaction and fulfillment. With a 4/10s schedule, you'll also enjoy a great work-life balance, giving you three-day weekends to explore national parks, surrounding towns, and live life in Alaska to its fullest. Job Type: 1099 Locum Tenens Contract

Date Range: ASAP Start date through September 30th, 2026 (potential option to extend!)

Option to bring a family member along with you!

Compensation: $105.00 hourly rate (make $16,000+ per month!)

Schedule: Monday – Thursday (4/10s schedule)

Responsibilities: 

• Patient Volume: Averages 14 per day
• Staffing Mix: Nursing staff on-site
• This is a Primary Care Clinic in a Correctional Facility; Urgent Care as needed for injuries
• No call!

Position Requirements: 

• Active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with the State of Alaska
• Board Certification
• Active DEA registration
• Minimum 2 years of experience
