Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-caliber Bookkeeper to manage the daily financial workflows for 2 to 3 high-profile hospitality locations. While our client searches for a permanent addition to their team, this temporary role is critical to keeping the department's data flowing smoothly and accurately. Key Responsibilities Manage daily financial workflows for 23 specific hospitality entities. Pull, analyze, and reconcile daily financial and sales data reports utilizing the Toast POS/hospitality application. Assist with AP/AR tasks, ledger balancing, revenue tracking, and bank reconciliations. Maintain organized financial records and collaborate closely with the corporate finance team to ensure no disruption to daily workflows. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, or retail industries. Strong familiarity with the Toast hospitality app is highly preferred; proficiency in standard accounting software and MS Excel is required. Highly polished, professional demeanor with a sharp eye for numbers and data verification. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $30.00 - $34.00
