We are a substance abuse treatment center located in PA, offering high-quality care through Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) programs. We’re looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Rep to help expand our presence and connect more individuals with the care they need.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Rep with a strong background in the behavioral health space—specifically PHP/IOP. This leadership role is focused on growing our referral network, generating admissions, and increasing awareness of our programs. The ideal candidate is strategic, highly motivated, and well-connected, with a solid understanding of admissions, referral coordination, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring new clients into our program by developing and nurturing strong referral relationships.

• Lead and execute business development strategies to grow our admissions pipeline.

• Maintain an active presence in the community and consistently follow up with referral sources.

• Coordinate closely with admissions and clinical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

• Track and report performance metrics related to referrals, outreach, and marketing impact.

• Continuously identify new growth opportunities and partnerships in the region.
