Role summary Career opportunities in Specialized Roles include Lead Roles, Asset Protection, Print Solutions, Technical Roles such as Graphic Artist, Digital Print and Press Operator, also Imaging and Network Lab Technicians in the Systems Testing and Reclamation facility. What you’ll do Environmental, Health, and Safety roles will communicate with and to individuals and groups regularly; you will conduct shrink audits and report findings, and work to support process improvements. Lead positions provides leadership in a production environment. Print Solutions technical roles require operating highly technical machines using appropriate tools, equipment, chemicals, and supplies. These positions require specific skills in roles such as Graphic Artist, Color Press Operator, Web Press Operator, Binding and Finishing, Ink mixer and Ink Jet Operators. Systems Technology and Reclamation (STaR) technical roles such as Network and Imaging Lab Technician. What you’ll bring Environmental, Health, and Safety - conduct directed shrink related audits, support process improvement strategies, utilize specific equipment (CCTV, walkie-talkies, systems, telxons). Lead positions - provide leadership in a production environment. Print Solutions - operate highly technical machines. Specific skills in Graphic Artist, Color Press Operator, Web Press Operator, Binding & Finishing, Ink mixer & Ink Jet Operators. Systems Technology and Reclamation (STaR) - maintain a clean and safe work environment, comply with company policies, perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Environmental, Health, and Safety - 6 months experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year work experience or coursework in safety, compliance, or security-related field. Print Solutions Technical - 6 months experience operating industrial equipment (folder, collator, inserter, printing press). Associate degree or vocational degree in Graphic Arts OR 1 year experience operating Macintosh systems or graphic design experience preparing files for printing. STaR technical or Lab - 1 year experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year work experience in program coding, software development, or related field. 2 years of work experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word). 1 year experience developing programming code (e.g., VB Script).
