Account Executive – Calvin Klein Men’s & Women’s Outerwear

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Executive to join our team, supporting the Calvin Klein Men’s and Women’s Outerwear business.

\n

This role will be responsible for managing and growing key wholesale accounts while partnering closely with merchandising, design, production, planning, and senior management. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the apparel industry, excellent relationships with retail buyers, and the ability to identify opportunities and drive business from market through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts across Calvin Klein Men’s and Women’s Outerwear
\n
• Develop strong relationships with buyers, planners, and other key retail partners
\n
• Present seasonal collections, line reviews, and market presentations to accounts
\n
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand distribution and increase sales
\n
• Partner with merchandising and design teams to provide account-specific feedback on product, pricing, trends, and competitive activity
\n
• Analyze sales, bookings, sell-through, inventory, and account performance to identify opportunities and risks
\n
• Manage seasonal projections, forecasts, order tracking, and account recaps
\n
• Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure orders are executed accurately and delivered on time
\n
• Monitor the competitive landscape and stay informed on outerwear, fashion, retail, and consumer trends
\n
• Participate in market appointments, trade meetings, and key account presentations
\n
• Support the overall growth and strategic direction of the Calvin Klein Outerwear business
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 3–7+ years of wholesale sales or account management experience within apparel
\n
• Experience working with department stores, off-price, specialty, e-commerce, and/or national retail accounts preferred
\n
• Outerwear experience is strongly preferred
\n
• Strong understanding of the wholesale apparel calendar and product development process
\n
• Proven ability to build relationships and grow account volume
\n
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data
\n
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
\n
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
\n
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
\n
