Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gather relevant information about clients’ mental health concerns, leading to personalized and effective treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed approaches tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to offer virtual therapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and client progress to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage in continuous learning opportunities, including attending workshops, seminars, and peer supervision sessions, to enhance therapeutic skills and remain informed on best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure is required: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.

• Excellent communication skills, characterized by the ability to create a safe and trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Strong organizational abilities to effectively manage caseloads, including appointments, documentation, and follow-ups.
