We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Operations Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day roofing operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
This position will manage field crews, project scheduling, subcontractors, materials, quality control, safety, and customer communication while working closely with company leadership to improve operational performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily commercial roofing operations and field crews
Manage scheduling, Client, materials, and subcontractors
Ensure projects meet quality, safety, budget, and schedule expectations

Support project managers, foremen, and field personnel
