Position Overview SyntheticFi is growing at an extraordinary 20%+ MoM over the past year, powered by a product that our target customers—financial advisors (RIAs)—already view as a true differentiator for their practice, helping them retain AUM and win new clients. With a proven product and strong inbound demand, we’re now at an inflection point. This is a rare opportunity for a growth & content leader to step in early and build the process and the playbook that will define SyntheticFi’s next chapter of scale. We are hiring a Head of Growth and Content to join our leadership team. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing and content generation, turning SyntheticFi’s unique value into a scalable, repeatable pipeline. You’ll work directly with our cofounder Joseph Wang to design and implement the growth playbook, work with top partners, and lead the team that drives SyntheticFi’s expansion nationwide. As The Head Of Growth And Content, You Will Design, execute, and monitor SyntheticFi’s top‑of‑funnel growth strategy. Build and scale multi‑channel engines across email, direct mail, and phone campaigns; paid advertising; social media campaigns; conference and podcast appearances; SEO & GEO; and other marketing strategies (press, influencer sponsorship, etc.) Own end‑to‑end campaign development, execution, and attribution. Launch integrated campaigns across digital, field, and partner channels, and iterate based on performance to drive a qualified pipeline. Produce high‑impact content across the full funnel. Create, distribute, and iterate on content for our existing and prospective RIA partners, and other channel partners, including articles, visuals, videos, and websites. Partner closely with top partners and key stakeholders. Work with our top partners and serve as a key liaison between advisors, other stakeholders, and our internal teams, ensuring product and content continue to reflect real‑world client needs. Build systems, processes, and feedback loops. Partner closely with Sales and CX functions to track performance, generate insights, and continuously improve growth efficiency and lead quality. What Success Looks Like A clear, differentiated SyntheticFi narrative and brand image. Consistent, high‑quality content that drives inbound interest and retention volume. Strong presence at key industry events and in relevant media. Scalable sales campaigns that generate a qualified pipeline for the sales team. Repeatable customer success (internal sales) playbooks that generate recurring volume for the CX team. A repeatable, data‑driven growth engine that compounds over time. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience building and scaling top‑of‑funnel growth at a high‑performing B2B or B2B2C startup, ideally in SaaS, devtools, fintech, or another hyper‑competitive, content‑driven market. Proven experience owning content‑led growth strategies and outcomes (blogs, social media, etc.). Strategic thinker with execution ability. Comfortable setting direction and rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns and create content. Exceptional prioritization and project management skills. You will have your plate full with projects with internal teams and outside contractors, so you must know what is needed and when. Strong content instincts and taste; ability to explain complex ideas. You know how to craft narratives that capture attention and translate complex financial concepts into compelling messaging. Data‑driven and highly iterative. You use metrics to inform decisions, but you’re comfortable operating in ambiguity and testing new ideas. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Able to work cross‑functionally with sales, CX, partners, end‑clients, and leadership teams. You have, or are willing to obtain, appropriate FINRA licenses (Series 65 OR Series 7 + 66 OR exempt). You are authorized to work and are physically present in the United States. Unfortunately, we will not be considering overseas applicants at this time. Preferred Qualifications You are willing to commute to / relocate to San Francisco. We will consider exceptionally strong fully remote applicants. 5+ years of experience in a Series A/B vertical SaaS, devtool, fintech or other venture‑scale B2B company. Have strong interest or prior experience working with financial advisors, RIAs, or other financial intermediaries. Experience managing multiple stakeholders, teams, or contractors simultaneously. Background or strong interest in financial fundamentals, with willingness to develop a deep understanding of derivatives. Compensation Base Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 Bonus: up to 25% of base salary. Stock option compensation: 0.25-1.00%.
