Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification required
• Previous experience working in school-based settings, especially with diverse learning needs
• Strong skills in creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with parents, staff, and administrators
• Adaptability, patience, and a compassionate approach to teaching

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver instructional materials tailored to students’ individual needs and abilities
• Assess students’ progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Work as a part of an interdisciplinary team to support student achievement and development
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for IEPs and student outcomes
• Foster an inclusive, positive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued
