Dispatchers are responsible for assisting drivers with complex issues efficiently and effectively, thinking of creative solutions to facilitate the safe transport of freight, and supporting our Extended Coverage Team (ECT). We are looking for individuals who are available to work a flexible workweek, including night and weekend coverage. Available Schedules Nights: 5 PM-5 AM (12-hour shifts) | 4 ON / 4 OFF Days: Sat/Sun 7 AM-7 PM and Monday/Friday 9 AM-7 PM Responsibilities Communicates in a clear and consistent manner both internally and externally with high integrity. Manages drivers during extended coverage shifts. Accurate data entry into the company computer systems. Escalates and resolves problems per guidelines, independently when necessary. Works with team members to solve problems. Provides clear work instructions to drivers. Demonstrates high resource utilization. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (required). English proficiency (proficient communicator). Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
