Concierge

Royale Company staffs the front desks of luxury residential high-rises - some of the best-known buildings in the city. We move fast: you'll hear from us within one business day, and most candidates complete the hiring process within a week.

The Job

You are the face of the building. On a typical shift you will:

• Welcome residents and guests and manage visitor access
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries
• Coordinate vendor and contractor access
• Keep the lobby and front desk organized and presentable
• Monitor the entrance and report issues to management
• Maintain records in the building software (training provided)

Specific Schedule

Fixed schedules with evening (3pm-11pm) and overnight (11pm-7am) shifts available. Weekend coverage is included. Tell us your availability and we'll match you to a compatible shift.

What We Expect

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, front desk, or similar roles
• Reliability and punctuality
• Professional appearance and grooming standards required by building client.
• Weekend and holiday availability, depending on shift
• Background check required (at our cost)

Hiring Process
