Home Health Account Executive

Overview Become a part of our caring community. Responsibilities Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote home health care services and build referral source relationships. Prepare business plans, maintain target lists, and prioritize accounts according to the market sales plan. Gather and organize account‑related information and provide input on key customer opportunities. Report to a Market Executive of Sales. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a health‑related science (e.g., nursing) or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of two years of health‑care or related industry sales experience. Previous home health care sales experience; experience selling to physicians, case managers, and in SNFs; or prior clinical liaison experience is highly preferred. Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM. Microsoft Office proficiency required. Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required. Schedule and Compensation Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week. Pay Range: $58,700 - $78,500 per year. This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan, which is based upon company and/or individual performance.
