Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working with early childhood and preschool-aged children is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention, and documentation in a school setting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for fostering communication development in young learners

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to early childhood and preschool students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student success
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and parent conferences as needed
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
