Certified Contractor Roles: Senior · Lead · Analyst
Initio Sphere Private Capital Ecosystem –
Compensation: $50–$200/hour (based on Analyst Rating Score, credentials, and approvals)

Our mission is to provide opportunity, credibility, and real earning potential for serious private capital professionals. Verified analysts can immediately begin earning income while working on live private market transactions , including fund, sponsor, and direct investment opportunities.

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Private Markets Review Associates .

This is not a traditional employment role . Associates operate as independent contractors , activated through our certification and verification process .

Once approved, associates:

• Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

• Gain access to live private markets deal flow and paid analytical work

• Review and assess transactions, funds, and sponsor deals

• Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score

Certification tiers: Senior Associate · Lead Associate · Associate / Analyst

Depending on your certification approvals, Private Markets Review Associates may perform:

Transaction Review & Assessment

• Evaluate fund performance and private market deal quality

• Review sponsor and operator track records

• Conduct commercial, operational, and financial diligence

• Risk assessment and quality of earnings review

• Summarize investment theses and red flags for investor review

Financial Analysis & Modeling Support

• 3-statement financial modeling

• DCF, LBO, and scenario analysis

• Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis

• “Football field” valuation summaries

Note: Associates may only perform work in categories they are approved for , and approvals are earned through assessment and demonstrated performance , not tenure.

1. Complete the Analyst/Associate Certification Assessment or approved training

2. Receive category-specific approvals (Modeling, Valuation, Diligence, Deal Review)

3. Get verified on the platform

4. Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live deal review work

No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified associates are actively promoted to investors, fund managers, and deal sponsors .

To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following:

• Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment

• Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training

• Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Each associate receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score , which determines:

• Visibility on the platform

• Approved work categories

• Recommended hourly rates

• Associates are independent contractors , not employees

• Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level

• Associates may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees

• Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction

• Payments issued after successful deal completion and fee collection

• Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues

Associates do not :

• Provide investment advice

• Solicit securities

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All work is limited to review, analysis, and advisory support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws .

• Work on real private markets deal flow , not simulations

• Platform-driven promotion and credibility

• Long-term upside through deal exposure and network growth
