School-Based Physical Therapist (PT)

Location:  Philadelphia, PA 19141
Schedule:  M-F, normal school day hours
Caseload : K-8

What you'll do as a Physical Therapist (PT).  

Provide specialized physical therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs by conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized interventions, analyzing progress, collaborating with school teams and families, participating in multidisciplinary and IEP meetings, and maintaining required documentation to support student success.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License
• Must have at least 1 year consecutive experience treating children and/or adolescents in an educational setting
  
• Must be comfortable using a computer
• Must be able to complete clinical documentation to school district standards
• Current clearances (within 6 months)
