Position Security Officer Patrol Support – Nashville, TN As a part‑time Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. At a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, and remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents. You will support residents and guests with strong customer service and communication while contributing to a caring, agile, and reliable team that puts people first and acts with integrity every day. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $18.59 / Hour Job Schedule Saturday: 11:30 PM – 07:30 AM Sunday: 11:30 PM – 07:30 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, and document relevant activity according to site expectations. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, report maintenance concerns or policy violations, and communicate with property personnel and/or emergency services when appropriate. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
