About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Professional Segment Sales in North America. This executive will be a pivotal member of the professional leadership team, tasked with defining and implementing the commercial strategy for the professional segment. The role involves leading a large commercial organization, including retention, strategic, field, and inside sales teams, and driving growth and sales transformation across various market segments. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of a significant transformation, with a focus on modernizing the go-to-market strategy, driving the adoption of AI-enabled and data-driven solutions, and elevating sales performance standards. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' progressive sales leadership experience in software or SaaS environments, with a proven track record in driving revenue growth through value-based, solution selling, and subscription-based models. The role requires expertise in Salesforce and data-driven sales management practices, as well as a strong background in leading commercial organizations through sales modernization. The Vice President will be responsible for end-to-end commercial outcomes, including bookings, ARR growth, and pipeline health, and must demonstrate the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead through influence in a complex, matrixed organization. Strong commercial acumen, understanding of financial levers, and a focus on scalable, predictable growth are essential for this position.
