Accounting Specialist
Great Accounting Specialist opportunity with benefits, government holidays off, and a hybrid schedule.
PrideStaff Financial has a great opportunity for an experienced Accounting Specialist to handle AP and AR on a temp to perm basis. In this role, you will be responsible for financial transactions, account reconciliation, billing, and vendor management.
Duties:
- Process full-cycle AP invoices including cutting checks
- Process billing invoices and credit memos
- Assist and participate in month-end close
- Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
- Daily maintenance and reporting of accounts
Requirement:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in related accounting role
- Bachelor's degree a plus
- MS Excel- Intermediate skills
- Working experience with ERP accounting software
- Excellent data entry skills -- 10-key speed of at least 8,000 KPH
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $27.00
