Highlights Location: Boston, MA Facility: Mass General Brigham Incorporated Schedule: Full-Time Pay: $33.82 - $65.55 per Hour What You'll Do Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and assist in treatments and procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Educate patients and families on health management and post-care instructions. Uphold infection control measures to ensure a safe clinical environment. Respond efficiently and effectively to emergent situations, demonstrating sound judgment and critical thinking skills. Requirements Education: Associate's Degree Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred. Experience: Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required. Licenses & Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN – State License); Basic Life Support (BLS Certification).
