Client Relationship Manager – Series 65 Commack, NY | $85,000–$105,000 – Bonus – Benefits $85,000–$105,000 base salary Annual performance bonus 401(k) with company match Comprehensive benefits package Established and growing wealth management firm No business development or cold calling Work directly with high-net-worth families Modern, technology-driven environment Long-term career growth opportunity What You’ll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and help maintain long-term relationships Support Financial Advisors with ongoing client service and planning initiatives Coordinate onboarding, account servicing, transfers, and client requests Prepare for client meetings and manage follow-up action items Maintain detailed client records and documentation in Salesforce CRM Assist with financial planning and tax-planning workflows Coordinate with clients, advisors, custodians, attorneys, and accountants Deliver a high-touch, white-glove client experience Technology You’ll Use Salesforce CRM MoneyGuidePro Holistiplan Zocks What We’re Looking For Active Series 65 required Experience in wealth management, financial planning, private wealth, or an RIA environment Strong understanding of relationship-based client service Experience supporting high-net-worth clients Highly organized with excellent follow-through Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a process-driven environment Ideal Backgrounds Client Relationship Manager Wealth Management Associate Relationship Manager Financial Planning Associate Registered Client Associate Private Wealth Associate Client Service Associate (CSA) Schedule Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Onsite MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
