Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Excellent data entry skills
• PowerSchool experience, preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to work effectively as a team member
• Accuracy with detail

Essential Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Communicate with families, students, and staff
• Compose letters, reports, and correspondences
• Input data into a variety of databases and record management systems
• Collect, organize and prepare necessary ISD and state reports in a timely manner
• Answer telephone, take messages, forward calls and set up appointments
• Maintain a comprehensive and efficient file system to facilitate and organize pertinent data
• Other duties or responsibilities to be assigned at the discretion of the supervisor
