Role Overview Provides direct patient care in a high‑acuity acute care setting within a multidisciplinary team, utilizing evidence‑based practices and the nursing process. Responsibilities Prioritizes patient wellness and safety, precepts new staff, and contributes to quality outcomes. Delivers specialty care in Medical‑Surgical units, supporting secure safety and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills Requires RN licensure, a nursing degree (bachelor’s preferred), and at least 6 months of nursing experience. BLS certification is mandatory. Demonstrates proficiency in patient care, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment. Onsite role with day and night shifts, including night shift incentives.
