Spurlocks Luxury Outdoor Living is seeking a motivated Hardscape Laborer to support our installation teams. . This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.  We build luxury outdoor living spaces using natural stone, masonry, and high-quality landscape materials. Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $18-$24 per hour including performance bonus
• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends); 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Time Off: Paid time off
• Health: Health benefit program with contribution
• Work Location: In person

Essential Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in masonry, concrete, or landscaping.
• Experience assisting with:
• Outdoor kitchens
• Fireplaces
• Stone, paver, and porcelain patios
• Masonry walls
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Required Skills

• Willingness to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions.
• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team.
• Basic construction knowledge and tool familiarity.
• Strong attention to safety and jobsite cleanliness.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist foremen and skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks.
• Perform material handling, site prep, and cleanup.
• Support masonry, hardscape, and landscape installations.
• Maintain tools, materials, and jobsite organization.
• Contribute positively to crew productivity and morale.
