HIRING IMMEDIATELY: BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN STAFFORD, TX
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Stafford, TX. This individual will be responsible for reviewing purchase orders for accuracy and effectively performing data entry and verification of customer orders/ assistcustomers with order placement, tracking, and updates. The ideal candidate will possess bilingual abilities (English/Spanish), as well as previous experience in a high volume/fast paced environment. Apply online and kickstart your career today!
Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $19/hour, paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5:10 pm
- Located in Stafford, TX
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review purchase orders for accuracy
- Effectively perform data entry and verification of customer orders/ assistcustomers with order placement, tracking, and updates
- Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly andprofessionally
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customersatisfaction
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate orderfulfillment
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds following company policies andprocedures.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for furtherresolution
- Proactively identify and communicate potential product quality or service-relatedissues to management.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers whenappropriate.
- Support customers with technical inquiries, such as installation guidelines andmaintenance tips
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Experience in a similar role
- Great communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Previous experience in high volume/fast paced environment
