ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2017, and our team includes two team members plus me - a close-knit group that works together with a strong family-first mindset. Before opening my office, I spent four years as a State Farm team member, which gave me a hands-on understanding of what it takes to build a supportive agency and deliver a great customer experience.

I have a degree in Criminal Justice, and outside of work I'm a proud husband and dad to two kids. I'm a big animal lover, love cooking (total foodie), and stay busy being involved in my kids' basketball and soccer. I'm also a car and motorcycle enthusiast and enjoy anything outdoors - snowboarding, off-roading, beach days, you name it.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Eric Albora - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
