The Role You’ll Play to Create Success

We are excited to announce our search for a full-time on-site Chief Financial Officer! The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a senior executive responsible for strengthening financial performance, strategic decision‑making, capital stewardship, and long‑term enterprise value. Reporting to the President, FWCI, the CFO leads the Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, Compliance, and Data & Analytics functions and serves as a key advisor to the President, executive leadership team, and Board.

The CFO will provide independent, forward‑looking insight into the organization’s performance, opportunities, and risks, translating strategy into measurable financial and operating plans and improving the quality and speed of leadership decision‑making. This role requires more than technical financial expertise. The successful candidate will be a commercially minded insurance executive who understands how underwriting, pricing, claims, reserving, reinsurance, operations, technology, and distribution combine to create sustainable profitability and who can constructively challenge assumptions, strengthen executive accountability, and help the business act proactively on emerging risks and opportunities.

Develops and executes the organization's long‑term financial strategy in partnership with the President, FWCI and executive leadership team.
Translates business strategy into financial plans, budgets, forecasts, capital requirements, and measurable performance objectives.
Serves as a trusted strategic advisor to the President, FWCI, executive leadership team, and Provides insight into the Board’s financial performance, risks, opportunities, and business scenarios.
Leads the organization's Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, Compliance, and Data & Analytics functions, driving modernization through improved processes, automation, analytics, technology, data, and
